Getting closer, I would suggest making the bone larger but half of the bone would be pulled vertically out of the tissue media. The other lines in the Petri dish are probably not necessary.

I was envisioning an hand holding the tweezers and the tweezers grasping a bone being pulled vertically from the Petri dish ....unrealistic but representative of the concept of tissue engineering, 3D printing etc.
