Can you get rid of the what looks like hair coming from under the cap. Lighten the dark Blue around the text to the Columbia Blue. And get rid of the sun. Wondering what that would look like.

One last request for us to compare to the ones you have submitted. Can you take the two person figures next to the globe out of the all the different examples so we can compare without it? This way we can take a look at how they all look. We are meeting in an hour to make decision.
