Let's try rounding the lines that come out of the K and M, more curvature to the lines.

Not a bad Idea, but would be better to stick with the KM initials for tying it to the company name.

Congrats on making the down select. We chose this as one of the top 5 because we liked the brand mark idea (so that we could easily separate the brand mark from the logo if we ever wanted). Can we see a few variations on this where the lines in the "KM logo" have different looks on the lines (i.e. smoother lines, less angles, different variations, etc.)? Also, can we make the word Management in the same red as the rest of the logo just to see the contrast?
