Sorry for the delay in approving the files- I was with a team yesterday. I can't open the files, but will approve them as soon as I get to see them.

No problem at all.... i assume you have some other things to do either :)...like...working?

Working- that's a concept I'll have to consider. . I contacted support, but any idea why the files wouldn't open?

the jpg file should open with windows pic viewer, a browser , the other one would open with ...adobe illustrator, powerpoint can import them.
what software are you trying to open them with ?

as a parenthesis, a few days ago i read a forum post about clients who can't download the files, but it must have been repaired by now.
