1 colour = cheap printing, and very easy to put on aprons / cups / napkins / branding etc.

If you could show us more design with hawaii flavor, could you please make some other logo?

Thank you. Please erase "Island" and I think "CAFE" is a little weak. About the font, please consider when we use "Ka'u cafe" horizontal.
