how about something street related a license plate

alrighty, lets add a wee bit more detail

we could do something like this a street sing but it's hardly creative or interesting and not in my opinion a brand identity.

that difficult since we are dealing with a single letter K and the Street. intersting to see what other have done once the contest move the next phase. During the first phase all contest are blind, we cannot see each others work

Try having K and Street equally stand out instead of putting too much emphasis on just the K. This is an apartment building in Berkeley serving College students. Keep that demographic in mind when you design. I just looked at the other logo's you've designed. You are very talented. Thanks.

We are thinking about going away from the fancy cursive font. Maybe a more modern looking font. You can submit your idea with or without building. Many people submitted ideas that looked too much like a commercial building. We have rejected those ideas. Best of luck. Thanks.
