Like where this is going. (#40) Would like an additional circle around the whole design with the logo of the rail road crossing sign (X with "R" "R" on each side) being the large overall circle. Also add more features from the image of the nautical hat patch design I posted a picture of. Would also like to remove the star and change the font to more of a script.
