JVJ and AssociatesLogo Design Contest

This really reflects the notion of collaboration! My concern is that the first 'j' may not be perceived as a j, because it's backward. Can you experiment with the direction of the j, or add the whole name JVJ Associates to the 'base'?

OK, after looking at this several times, just simply add the full name JVJ & Associates to the base. I think then this will be really good.

Looks much better. Now let's work on the color. I'm thinking the gray is too weak. Can you make it black?
