I do not care for the apple in her hand #5 but the W looks like boobs.

Does it mean you like the W that looks like boobs?

#5 do not like the W. #11 would like the word woman in Pink and maybe the dress in blue

I can make her look more similar to you, do you have blonde or brunette hair? Any other things you would like me to add?
