#307 and #308 show the versatilty of a "Badge" type logo. Because it has a built in white back ground it can be placed on top of any dark color. You would never need to pay for color reversals etc, that a normal logo may need to go on a dark background. The file is layered and simply placed on any background, even a photo. This works great if you want your logo in a photo, as the white background stands out against the photo backdrop. This is the same logo as before, just placed on a colored background. Literally no change to the icon itself. This can save you money, and helps place your brand anywhere.
Where many logos, might disappear into a background. This one will not.
I chose this idea for my own logo, for this very reason:(www.liquidplanetdesign.com)

This tends to be the design of mine that I like the best for you. If you think about visibility from a distance, this one works great on signage. It is simple, tells a quick story, yet there are no thin lines that tend to vanish from a distance. It's shape makes it perfect for a clean signage campaign, as well as a social media icon, and web header.
I often have clients who love something up close on a screen, but when you ponder the signage impact it sometimes changes the perspective.
The idea here is based on the "after the sale" premise. The tire swing and picket fence show a place that the new family is enjoying, and living life. It doesn't just show what you are selling (future tense), It shows what you have sold (past tense).
I have literally sold 40+ Real Estate logos on this site alone. I always counsel my Real Estate clients (in house and here) to stick with bold lines. Thin lines wont show up on signage from a distance.
A good test, is to stand a good distance from a computer screen. Find the boldest, clearest icon. Remember that is what people will see on your signage.
Thanks again, and best of luck. I know it is a tough decision, as we do have some great talent on the site, which while a good thing, can make choosing difficult :)
I chose clean designs that stand out at a distance, while displaying a bit of a craftsman feel. The white picket fence of course has long signified the American Dream.

No problem. Traveling a bit today, but will upload the changes later this evening when I return.
