This is very close to what I am looking for #24, could you try it with brighter blues and Silver/Grey's similar to the other top entries and also use just the word "development" under the JT, and possibly show the windows and door under the other side of the "T". Thank you for the creativity though I really like what you have done so far.

Thanks for updating the logo. I like it but would still like to see the windows and doors on the other side of the "T" as well, and in black to contrast with the Blue and Silver of the JT.
