Simplify the background, but add the pattern to the company name, and elaborate on the mascot

If you could, focus on refining the center design, and despite the paisley background fitting the vibe of the shop, I'd say to just focus on the meat and potatoes. You could even strike the "every day green living" slogan, and incorporate that leafy background design into the "JSH Hydroponics"

That definitely has the fox farms vibe
