Hi YanYan. This one is similar to #42 we we like very much, however this one has too many "pointed and hard" edges to the icon. #42 image is more "rounded and soft" edges to the image. We like using the combination of a softer image with a more masculine (Times Roman) typeface.

We like this one YanYan but it is already commonly used by many human resources consulting companies. Thank you
