Journey ContinentLogo Design Contest

Entry #29, could we see if we could get the arrows and frame around the globe in another color, like a second shade of green or blue, can we get the Journey a little smaller, OR, the globe bigger, or both? Definitely like the choice of fonts for they Journey.
