Journey ContinentLogo Design Contest

Like the use of the globe. Would be interested to see if you can extract the globe concept out more, this globe is a little on the conservative side, looks more like something for a bank or wireless company, never the less it caught our eye and seems like a good platform to start working with. The font needs something a litte more original.

THanks for this revision....like the font. LIke the continental detail on the globe. Is it possible to get the purple lines around the globe just a little bit thinner, and, maybe a more pronounced arrow at the end? Is it possible to get a shadow on the globe or something that gives it more weight? Finally, if time were to permit, would be interesting to see if we could view logo with a flat map effect of the seven continents and a unique journey continent incorporated at the bottom. Thanks for the entries!!

Here's a proposal for the colors, also added a outline.
Did you wanted to stick to the colors gray/purple or are you open to see other colors as well?
