I like #9 the best. I like the font, and the colors a lot. However, I'd like to compare it with perhaps a flatter version of the initials at the top. So, keep what you have, but also try a more flattened one.

I also like #8. But I feel its a little unbalanced, since the N on the end is embellished, but the J on the other end is not. Could try to even this out somehow?

I like #29 the best. I think I would like see the contrast dialed back a little. So perhaps a slightly lighter background, like charcoal, navy, olive green, etc and a slightly darker font so not white, but a little grey or whatever works with the background you choose.
