another idea, would be an orange underline with the phrase "executive search" or "executive recruiters"

another thought...think of the Jordan River, shaped like an "S" that goes thru the logo somehow?

I like the letters and clean design. Not enough change from current logo design.

too much emphasis on "jordan"...would like to figure out how to incorporate "executive search" if possible. Not sure about the search glass...clever, but kind of feels "staffing" and not enough "executive search" We are dealing with $150k+ salaried professionals.
