Could you configure #10 and #12 without the checkmark?
Can you also try with the larger icon in #12 on the side of the company and the smaller icon in #10 on top of the name

I moved you in the top 5 of my rankings because I went to your portfolio and I really like some of your other designs. the one I ranked highest #21 is not necessarily my favorite but I wanted to keep you in the contest. I think you have the right idea with the people figures but the circle design feels to me like a radar screen or a dart board. can you tweak some?
