Is there a way to do a different J in this concept?

Could you put the symbol on the left of the Jonas Advisors and make one of them orange and other black? Also put Jonas in orange? And is there a slightly lighter orange color that could be used? Thank you again for your time.

I like the idea of incorporating the letters into a shape like the circle (the "A"). Could you play with a different "J" in this concept? Also maybe make the font for "Jonas" thicker?

Thanks for your idea! I was going to see if you would make the "A" a little smaller and bring the right leg down underneath the "J" - also if you could make the "A" a different color (smokey grey?), would that make the J stand out more?
