This feels like a lot of logos I have seen previously from other organizations.

I love the use of color in this one, but wonder if an open book (bible laying flat) might be a more effective image than a standard cross (and perhaps the colors radiating from that as a half circle and representing red, purple, green, etc. (liturgical colors).
