I like the modern clean style of font, and that the joel and the ross are together but different colour and weight. Feel free to change the colours entirely. I'm not sold on blue - it was just a last minute thought. Also, I think we need a strong graphic element to pull it all together. I've always wished for one but have no idea what it would look like.
