Hi, here's my initial entry for your consideration. I've tried to create a logo that is modern and upscale, considering the value of the homes you build. My design is both a letterform and an abstract. I've created unique JK letterform in which the J is punched out of the K in negative space. But there is a dot on the J at top in positive space that also acts as a keystone for the box that contains the lettermark, to represent building.
