As the female on our team, I am admittedly very partial to your work. I really love the "retro" style and appreciate the 2-color approach, which is thoughtful and economical.
The "Green" Hero is really interesting because it does not limit him to any specific race. And I love the Yellow, which is very energetic.
A few Thoughts: 1) I wonder if you could play around with the fonts. And maybe use the tag line: "We get your To-Do List... Done!"
2) What if the Hero was carrying a tool box or tools, instead of flexing his muscles? And we really like the "cape" motif for getting the idea of "Hero" across.
What is especially nice about your design is that I believe it would really appeal to both masculine men as well as to the target audience of women who need a hero who can get things done! :)
