Logo #202 looks interesting, could you please try one more font for the word JOBS? With this one the letter J maybe sticks out of the logo too much... Thanks.

Smoother font - Zilla blob lined up with 'jobs' through the centre to make the logo fit a smaller height area, and the two elements look more integrated and balanced.
