Fantastic work with the text, althought the icon i am not very fan of.
Could you try other icons? meaning social, connection, employment.

Here is my new idea for the icon: #45 and #46
Its a stylized "I" and "J" and it can be seen as 2 persons representing social connection, or 2 tie( employment ) connecting to each other.

Better in lowcaps.
BUT, you need to find "that icon" that will be fantastic, i do not like the new one either, looks old style for me.
