Hello again! I had a chance to look at these again, and think about your ideas. First, thank you very much for the effort. I see why you are good at what you do, and I love the "zen" no-frill ideas you came up with for me.
I still am very partial to your #13. How would you approach this logo if I wanted to print a black card? With a black background, could we use silver or white name, contrast line underneath, and below add : "Residential and Commercial Real Estate"...I showed it to two friends who didn't think it "sophisticated " enough, but I think it's more sophisticated because it's simple, with a bit of whimsy. I thought of a tag line I might use somewhere : "Guiding you home."
I would like to see a silver background. I know it may be a bit much, but I'd like to see how it might look. I have not eliminated #6 either...I really like the power of that as well.

I uploaded some versions which look even more sophisticated and most importantly - over black background, so you can see how it would look if you printed black businesscards.
Thank you for your wonderful ideas and for being patient with my request to see different backgrounds. Your judgment was correct in that the house logo looks much better on white. This will be a very hard decision for me . . I am looking for a logo I can use for many years that can be a cross-over from inexpensive product to very exclusive properties, because I do both.
