Surely, you can get both white and black background as well. LT allow to send the logo in EPS and JPEG format, but you can request any other files later.
Regarding the logo size, EPS is an vector-based file format. Mean that it can resize freely, smaller or larger. So, you don't need other version when you need the logo for business card and letterhead.

I like this one exactally just not with the circles. Just wanted them changed to rectangles. The colours are perfect in this one
