I will be on tonight until about 10pm and will watch for any comments. I need to get up early tomorrow to leave but plans are to hopefully be back by evening.

Yes I free-handed all the illustration and created a mirror image for the facing side. The illustration is all original,. Your name is a font that has been outlined.
I'll be working online tonight and watch for your response.

Just curious, did you draw the flower and leaves by hand or can you do that on a computer? How about the lettering?

I think this is just right. You win. I'll formalize that when the time comes but just wanted to let you know. You are located in TX somewhere right?

I kept finding small hairline adjustments needed and corrected them on this one. I hope this helps. Changes were letter spacing opened a hairline more and equal and the center marks.
Please let me know if you would like to see another kind of leaves? If so, could you tell me what style to reference?

Also...forgot to mention you can have any files you want of the layouts I did for you once we are able to communicate by email.

I wasn't sure if you saw my comments for #227. It is identical to this one but the lines are cleaned up and thicker in places that were too thin. Let me know what you think. I believe you will have less problems with printing and especially your stamp.
What do you think?

I went back and cleaned up all the lines and made sure they will hold up on your die for stamping and small printing. They may need to be a little bit thicker but can be determined when you get the specifics from where you order it.
So these are the best of all the lines.

It's almost perfect. I'd like to see some looks with my name smaller. Not a big ego guy. Love the font maybe a little more humble or descrete with the name. You win the contest, let's just dial it in.

Here is this with the rose. Did you want to make the font on your name solid and smaller also?
When we are at the point that everything is finalized and approved I will be happy to work directly with your professional printers or die for your stamp to supply then with the file format they will need.

Also, if you noticed the font on the outline was making the center point of the M drop below the baseline so I moved it up a hair.

This one I spent time balancing the lines and making everything consistent. The illustration is with a system brush that I created and the tips needed some adjusting. The more I look at any art I work on I will always see something : )
But this one is much cleaner on the brush strokes.

Can you put the wild rose into this leaf design. I like the spread.

Here is this one with rose leaves.
I might need to work on them a bit more. The brush makes it a little hard to look like a tool strike.

I like it very much, however the "Jim Neal" font could be reduced slightly to suggest a border around the whole logo -- we don't need a line or physical border, just implied or suggested.

I'm liking this a lot. Small Weatherford lettering should be solid I think to make a good impression on the leather.

The flower at the top, can you do a wild rose? And tighten up the leaves/scrolls?

These alternated solid or outlined on Weatherford, TX Will work on some other different possibilities too for you before the end of this phase.

This one Weatherford is outlined as on your name. The lines can be increased by .1 increments if needed. Not sure how thick you need the lines for a good stamp. Let me know.
