Can you loop the bottom end of the J tail, make the top if the J a little taller, on the top of the M can you add a little more of a swirl, can you add a R with a circle after the word REALTOR-it's a standard part of the realtor logo, can you put a defining white square box around the logo, after all of that can you try some driftwood/gray tones instead of the red?

Can you work on the box? Maybe add a second one with wider thickness and a little bigger. It might need a little more space. Can I see some more color variations too?

Some feedback that I am getting friends is that the M looks like the bottom part of the swirl in the m....please don't get rid of that!

no the J was perfect. Please change it back. It was the M that looks like a W.....Can you push the up stroke closer the down stroke?

YES!! like that. Can you add a little more swirl at the bottom of that M, on the left side? Right side of the M is perfect.

I like the double box instead of the single box, after I decide can you give me both version no boxes, then the double box version? The last thing I'd like to do is try other maroon variations.

in the files ai eps , i will put the box on separate layer so if u don't want it, u can disable it. as for maroon shade do u want a a deeper one or lighter one...if u have a particular color code let me know :)

on the bottom of the M, can you swirl that line out slightly. 117 and 121 look the same, am I missing something?

ok. the tip is great. can you tweak the bottom left part of the M? so that has a slight swing to the left.

font is all good....now can you do some color lighter color variations of the maroon? Also can you try it in reverse? So there is a white background and maroon font
