Yes. if you pick a winner, then the contest is over and the winner uploads the final files for web and print. After that the fonts are converted to outlines and the editing is done. However, you are getting the source file. That means two thngs for the future.
1. If you go to a printing shop and you want let's say to print the logo on a shirt, the printing shop can change colors, sizes, remove text or add anything.
2. If you decide that you want to change something, with the source file, any graphic designer can change that very easily.

This one! The undelined o is very modern and cool!

The upper part is a negative space part. That means that the upper part of the brush is not visible. It implies that the brush painted this house and this is why the house looks like it’s still wet from the paint :-)
If I change that this will change the whole concept

You have chosen a very clean logo. It says it all with very few lines and text. Adding anything would just make it busy. I like very much the colors you have chosen. They are very close to my original ones and let's face it. Green is always a great choice because it gives the feeling of sustainable, recycle, clean and organic. So for me it is great as it is!

The font is readable and rich looking the brush combines the aspects of paint brush and home and "green" and upwards. Also the line with LLC finishes the rule of 3 making the whole design aesthetically
 pleasing.
