Thank you for your submission - the graphic is not what we're looking for as it's a bit too abstract
Also, the Realty at the bottom is a bit too hard to read.
Your choice of colors however are very good

148 - the graphic (black piece) is still to abstract,
150 the "Realty" font doesn't really work for me and the background color of the graphic doesn't work for me visually
I like your concept of 151 with the initials, but the graphic and font is not quite what I'm looking for. Again the background color isn't working for me
