Sorry I missed that I did not have a comment on your design. We are looking at the image - and a single person gives us the impress that it is all about Jeff. We want to show that Jeff is leading a team of people. #63 is preferred because the logo looks more compact.. The colors are very good.

Thanks for the redesigns. We like #85 and the figures better than #84. But on #85 they are looking like ghost rising out of the words - from one point. I like how you are trying to show them rising to success but the image of the ghosts still sticks with me. Can we revise that?

The main reason I don't use those sticky man is that they are overused.
