Jeff JackLogo Design Contest

I'm not sure what the red dots represent, and while I like the enthusiasm, the second "J" reads as an "L"

the red dots its just point of interest, i try to make the audience understand that the logo is belong human, not a product / company, so i made it look alike a face, and from human the point of interest is the eye, i'll try for some other design and alternative, sorry for my english, i hope you can understand what i wrote
