This would have more potential if it didn't say 30th years, which is not proper grammar.

It is VERY difficult to make out that the logo is a JD. Out customers will have no idea what that is.

This logo is quite busy and could be hard to read.

What is the image on the left supposed to be?

This is a cool idea. I like the estd. 1988.

Gold really isn't our color. Again, it may be better to use 1988-2018 vs. 30th anniversary.

30th Years is not correct grammar. You may try 1988-2018.
