Well my design reflects the bloom, the flowering effect that suggests providing the ideal moment to empower, it suggests life - a happier life.
I have also submitted a design where the leaves in the idea looks like people by adding dots between them.

Hi Dennis, Apologies for slow response. Thank you for your design. Please remove the slogan altogether. I like the design. Can you explain it to me? I want to reflect a young, dynamic, inspirational brand that is also professional (so not too "disneyland" or clichèd. JCS is a company connecting people, taking them places they never dreamed they could go to before, it is about unleashing potential - and changing the jerold for the better. Hopefully this gives you some more ideas. Thanks!
