I am looking for a little more dimension. Here is what dall-e suggests.
Suggestions for Minimal Dimensional Adjustments:
Subtle Drop Shadows:

Add a light and soft drop shadow directly behind the letters for slight separation from the background.
Keep the shadows very faint so they don’t overpower the design.
Thin Beveled Edges:

Apply a delicate beveled edge effect to the letters to give them a slight raised appearance without making them too bulky.
Keep the bevel very narrow to maintain the clean look.
Gradient Application:

Use a very subtle linear gradient on the letters (e.g., navy fading from slightly lighter to darker shades) to create depth.

For "MANAGEMENT," consider a very slight embossing effect or a soft shadow below the text to make it subtly pop without clutter.
