I like the logo marked no. 7, but the designer does not reply back. I need to work with someone responsive. Can you make something similar? You can leave the name/slogan alone; easy to tweak.

See comments I made on the other one you made. I like the logo a little more solid.

I like this one better than the one you made that is currently in 1st. I don't want gray and brown. I want aqua/turquoise (probably as the name--little more feminine), and the slogan in the softer shade of gray? with lines on both sides of the slogan to bring it out to the same width of the name. Can you switch out the brown for red, and the turquoise to be a softer shade(s). Also, would like a little more unique font for the name, but still very legible.

I like the colors on 3rd ranked

The color scheme feels to "cheveron" perhaps The name can be a softer turquoise. Gradient-style with the color of the "real estate" and the slogan can be a soft gray.
