I like it, but maybe just keep it to more buildings, i.e Apartment buildings, maybe a few small houses. Get rid of the norman hill slogan, and put "Residential Commericial Investment". and im looking to have my name look more like https://logotournament.com/contests/andy_zheng_real_estate_team . And maybe some different Colors, or even on a black background.

Its not bad, I appreciate the design, just seems kinda boring/plain, maybe change the colors? and the way my name is done, just doesnt do it for me.
