I love this and think it'll be the winner, but am a little concerned that it doesn't have the beach/waves theme. Without having some beachy theme, it may look to similar to every other real estate logo. Can you please try a version where you incorporate a wave. It can be very subtle to not take away from the cleanness of what you've already created, but maybe extending the s down below the rest of Maines. Or if that doesn't work, whatever you figure might be best to add a slight wave / beach vibe to this. We are definitely on the right track and if the beach vibe doesn't work I'm still really happy with this one.

Can you do a version that has the "Jake" a little larger/bold to be more consistent with the font size of the Maines. Without changing the placement of the house.

We can also try out what I am talking about in my last comment, but doing it left aligned for the letters.

Can you try removing the word "Realty" and putting "Jake" above "Maines" (right aligned), then create the house off of "Maines" and have it extend above / next to "Jake". This way the logo is more of a square.
