Jack Out of the BoxLogo Design Contest

I appreciate you trying to reinvent the current one, but I do think I want to get away from that green/purple box. I played with it myself for so long and could never make it do what I wanted. Of your entries, I do appreciate the idea behind #18 — turning the long letters into the box — but the readability of the rest of the company name and tagline is tough. Could you revisit that one and also introduce more of the steely gray?

Thank you for revisiting this. I'm really digging #28. I'm wondering if you could just try a few more variations as follows:

1) Try deep purple on the corner box (not part of the J)
2) Try more condensed / finer / normal font on the tagline to make it more readable?
3) Try to move top left corner closer to the box than #31 but not as perfectly inline as #28?

Thank you again. #55 is really shaping up well! I really like the full box in the top left corner, helps the J standalone all the more. Might you just show me two other slight variations? One with only the top left box purple and the rest the same. On the other, the same as it is now but with more attention (green?) for the "design" aspect?

It might work better as an expanded font instead of condensed, but I'll leave that up to you.
