I was about to upload some more designs but it seems to have jumped to next phase where only first rank can load new work.

This is a version of the new concept but without the added elements in the symbol. More of a fresh rework of you existing.

First new concept, I've recreated the symbol and refined it by the following:
A is centered giving it balance and stability
Top left and bottom right shapes extended to create slightly more of a shield
Diagonal stroke added behind J — this creates a dynamic uplifting feeling relating to "global" reach while also balancing the space created by the J.

Matched with a classic yet clean and modern looking text treatment.

Hi Charcoal - We would rather see some reworking of the JA symbol. Seems we are rather attached to it. Blue/gold is a good color option but feel free to give us other options

Hello, I really need some input from you on any of my designs so I can move forward - thank you.
Is the circle design still in contention or would you rather I focus on the rewirking of your existing JA symbol? Are my versions of that on track?
