This one! A little smaller “&”. Change est. 2021 to “est. 2024”. And could you resize the B? It might be the size same font size as the rest of the word, but Aesthetically it looks a little small

Yes! I think we can do without the wording at the bottom though. Perhaps you could fill it in with something else? I'm trying to think of something that would fit there nicely, but nothing has come to mind yet. The stars with the hammer and wrench were ok, but I wasn't excited about them. And I think if you downsize the "&" symbol a bit, that'd look nicer

Here I tried to incorporate all the elements... trying to make the mountains more likely the Sandia Mountains, in an abstract way.

I understand that there are a lot of combinations. Please, don't mind to ask about any change or combination.

Nice!! Here in New Mexico we have the Zia symbol, Sandía Mountains, Yuccas and roadrunners . I wonder if you’d be willing to incorporate one of those into your logo somehow?
