I tried to simplify the eagle, making it more easy to recognize, easy to use, specially with small sizes... but also elegant for other uses.

I'm sorry about, but I can't use the rock, because other designer used before me (239) and is not allowed to use other designer concepts.
Actually is a very good symbol, because represents some architechtonical element too (tower, castle)... good choice.

I used the eagle, because symbolizes vision, freedom, and success, even that I understand that is not directly related with Real Estate. But other brands, like Barclays, use it, and at the end, you associate the logo and the symbol to the company, like the siren of Starbucks or the two circles or mastercard.

I know that you want the logo minimalistic, but maybe adding some text like "REAL ESTATE" or "REALTY" like the examples that you gave to us helps the people, specially at the beginning, to understand the type of company that you are... to give context, and associate the brand with what you do.

I love the design work and your style. I just keep thinking the Eagle/falcon is a hard image to work with. Any chance this could be swapped to a crest based on the "rook" chess piece? Everyone I showed this to likes the work, but feels it's too divorced from Real Estate

this is just an example that show that the iconic part of the logo can work also like watermark, for images, for documents, for advertising.
Also, with this version, you can make it an avatar for your social networks.

Thanks... I'm on it... trying to simplify the crest... to make it better in very smaller sizes... I will try to resolve the kerning/space of the letters too

I like the crest you did here, conceptually, but could you make the crest portion more simple? This way it functions even in a smaller logo? Also, the kerning between the I and the V kinda seems a little weird.
