Yes I will, but I'am afraid I can't, it against Logotournament.com rules (copy another design) at this stage of the contest. The drill concept already made by another designer.
But I will try make another alternative.

for IV wellness us your logo colors, so IV - green and wellness gradient blue

Keep logo on the left side, for the writing, please do IV small in the right corner of logo, Wellness cursive or creative font & regeneratoin center on second line, all caps. Keep your current font for now.
