also what about something like playing around with possibility and impact using the "p" in each word to attach?

not sure we need the entire name in the logo. like the font. what about it being slate or grey and the yellow a bit softer? I like the placement of the figure versus the letters but not a fan of that particular character. some things that I have seen that I like are latter to the sky, growing of a simple flower, a bird with wings spread out, a hand with the world in it (but an untraditional looking globe)
