Thank you! They are nice - I'm going to share them with some of my colleagues and get feedback. I think they may want to see some with navy blue too, but let's see what they say before you start to work more on it. I would love to see #6 with circles - what I like is that it sort of gives the impression of people (the grey is the head and the red is the body), as well as the connecting and networking. But I like #11 too. One suggestion - I think they want to have IPD as the main name, so those letters should be larger and/or in a different color. Nice work!
