About the format, Logotournament set it in only two format :
1. EPS (Vector Logo Master File)
2. JPEG for preview in big size which is 1000 x 800

But in case if you need in any other format, i'm happily to provide :)
And all the other format will be sent to you via email.

Also, what is the turnaround once the final design is selected. We want to order biz cards asap so quick turnaround is important.

We are leaning towards selecting this as the winner. What file formats do you provide if selected?

Can you use the light grey and blue color without the shading? And, add Insight Strategies Group somewhere. Send a few variations, remove the LLC and just add the name, put the line all the way across and the full name below with a few color variations.
