Best color scheme, see my comment about arrows

Very good, can you remove the gray arrow like features surrounding the central hexagon?

OK, here is what I suggest: have the big hexagon with a sharp outline in dark gray and some of the symbols in blue and some of them orange and some of them grey

I did like the version with a sharp hexagon outline better, the filled symbols are good (just a bit small on my phone)

I like that one

Add one or two more symbols signifying education and research into the hexagons. Maybe also add some color (sparringly)

The one is one keyhole was much more elegant. Aren't their similar symbols for education, innovation and research?

That is very good and unique. Could inlcude into the white heaxgons something like a keyhole symbol and other signifiying security education, security and research?
