Check also the logos we've uploaded for inspiration. These are great logos that we love, so it's a very good representation of the styles we're looking for. in that selection, there's basically a very simple route and a more sophisticated and sleek route (with 3D, shades, gradients, etc.) we're open to both routes.
we like your design essentially for the choice of marks you've used. We think there's good potential here and it's worth pushing further by maybe trying to establish a link between the mark and what we do and add some sophistication maybe. Maybe use of color gradient, shades, some texture/3D effect.
