this is close to what I wanted. maybe try it with a little less texture on the background and scale up the font size for 'IronFire'. Its ok if the text bleeds into the mountain graphic above. Finally, the background color could be a little lighter and more brown/less red.

I was thinking that the texture would be applied to the background, not the lettering and graphics. Also, the cattle skull should be a Texas Longhorn, and 'Dallas Texas' needs to be more visible

this is better. can you make it a little more textured and rugged looking? the lettering in the name does not need to look as polished as it does here

also. . please use 'texas stars' and try it with a leathery textured background

likewise here change the cow to a skull with horns, the stars can be a little bigger and should be 'texas stars'. And the stitching could be heavier/thicker like a saddle-stitch

Great first draft! my suggestions are to change the cow's head to a cattle skull with horns, add a 'stitch' around the border, instead of 'ESTD...', write Dallas, Texas. Finally, The shape should have a max of six corners (these will ultimately be sewn on hats), or be round. I would like to see both options for the shape. Thanks.
